Breathing in~ Breathing out ~ Let the negative feeling fade away, and peace take its place.

When you’re angry, sad, restless, or overwhelmed — and you notice that you’re feeling that way,

be glad. Because at least you’re aware of what’s happening inside you.

That awareness allows you to anchor yourself to your breath — in and out — bringing your focus back home.

When breathing in, think “in.”
When breathing out, think “out.”
Don’t control your breath. Let it flow naturally, at its own rhythm.
Simply observe it — quietly, without judgment —
until your mind becomes calm again.

Do this every time you feel negativity rise.
Bring your awareness back to your breathing, and your brain will start to heal.
Your mental health will gradually grow stronger.

Remember — you can’t stop yourself from feeling angry, hurt, or sad.
But you can bring your awareness to your breath,
and watch your breathing until the negative emotion fades away.

Nothing lasts forever — emotions don’t, either.
Stay with your breath before your emotions swallow you whole.
